- No. The software runs on your own servers, and bills and call records are stored there. Model requests go to the providers you configure.
- Which models can we connect?
- Multiple model providers. You decide which ones based on your business and compliance needs, and we help set them up.
- What happens when a provider goes down?
- Weilianke fails over to the standby you have configured. Every switch and error is logged and visible in the console.
